About

Kristin Jones

Kristin grew up in the interior of B.C., but has been living and working in Kelowna since 2014. She is passionate about art and connecting with community. Her biggest passion is spending time with her partner and two sons exploring the many lakes and hiking trails that the Okanagan has to offer.

Kristin Jones has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2012, where she graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She is also a Registered Craniosacral Therapist, since graduating from the 2 year Body Intelligence Training program in 2017. She is exclusively working with clients looking for Craniosacral Therapy, and is interested in assisting the whole family. She has experience treating newborns, maternity clients, pre and postnatal women, and adults. Because of her registration as a Massage Therapist, extended medical benefits can be submitted under her registration as a Massage Therapist, even if the treatment consists strictly of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST).

About

Julie Little

Julie grew up in the Bay Area of San Francisco, California.  She moved to

Canada with her husband in 1990 and raised her four children.  They moved to Kelowna in 2014.

Julie has been doing healing work since 2010 using a range of modalities including reiki, healing touch and massage, however is now excited to offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) at Cranio Care. She finished the two year training for BCST in 2017 and was astounded by how this healing modality transformed her life physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy touches deeply into your physiology,  allows the nervous system to settle and creates space for profound inner healing and transformation.  It allows you to move out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and repair”. And it is in this state that healing can naturally occur.

This therapy honors the bodies inherent ability to heal and through deep listening,  the”health” in the system is encouraged to express itself. Some  benefits are:  pain relief, reduced stress and anxiety and with overall improvement of health. “If you have breath in your lungs, you can benefit from this therapy.”

Julie is passionate about nature and all natural healing. She looks forward to empowering you in your personal health journey!
